Indicative Pricing

We specialise in tailoring menus to your personal requirements based on the number to be fed, the menu, the location, the serving style etc.  Due to the variations between different events, travel costs to events further away, additional staff required if we are not adjacent the serving area (e.g. when you want food in your back garden, the first floor of a golf club or in an area with no adjacent parking), there may be no power or water available on site so we may need to provide our own, and of course prices do vary between peak season prime days and midweek offseason bookings, our prices shown on this website are indicative only to give you an idea of what you can get at what indicative cost.  Additional costs can include items such as essential staffing, crockery plates, stainless steel cutlery, fabric napkins, table linen, equipment, power generation, water and transportation.  We are fairly adaptable when we come to your site, but problems we encounter which can cause problems can be items such as:

- Not telling us we are serving on a first floor, especially if there is no lift - we may not have the essential staff with us or equipment suitable to be taken up stairs which may prevent service.  It may not be safe to take certain equipment upstairs or use certain equipment indoors or outdoors (and vice versa).
- Not telling us that we are serving outdoors, and whether there is any cover or arranging with us to bring cover to protect from the elements.
- Not having adjacent power or water if needed - we will not run a power cable across walkways, carparks, up stairs etc - anywhere that may cause a hazard or risk of injury.  Make sure that the power is ready to use and that you know where the isolator/trip switches are.  A lack of power may result in a delay to the beginning of cooking or our ability to hothold.
- Lack of adjacent parking - we need to know if we cannot park adjacent to where we're providing food service, as we may need to add additional staff to fetch and carry, or bring equipment such as wheeled trolleys or ramps.
-Vehicle restrictions - if there are any width height or weight restrictions in accessing your site - we may be using large vehicles and trailers.  Also if there are any restrictions such as 'bus gates' to access your site, we need to know if we need to approach or avoid certain routes.  Any parking charges or fines, however so incurred in the course of serving your booking will be payable by you.  (On occasions it is actually the better cost option to get a parking ticket then allow the additional staff and parking costs of parking elsewhere and ferrying everything to site)
- Security - do we need to sign in, do we need to bring ID, have barriers raised or lowered, how long will this take - it is always assumed we can pull straight up and begin preparing food unless you advice of any delays - you are familiar with your site not us.  Help us to help you!
