Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year - Staff / Colleague Appreciation Feeds

Chinese New Year typically lasts around 15 or 16 days because it begins with the new moon that falls sometime between the end of January and the end of February, and ends on the following full moon. The arrival of the full moon is traditionally marked with a Festival of Lanterns.

Our Paella is always freshly cooked onsite

Paella is a classic Spanish rice dish with many regional variations.  Paella is a 'dryer' version of Risotto though we like to keep it moist.  Ingredients can be seafood, chicken and chorizo, or vegetarian and we can tweak recipes to your requirements.  Our Paella's are ALWAYS well received and if we cook in front of your guests it adds to the theatre of your event.
